History.

Was reading my posts dated few months back. I can see that there are changes in my writing pattern. The only thing which did not change are my titles. Most of them are 'one word and a full stop'. I believe that one word can sum up my whole story so why waste time writing long titles? You're gonna read the post anyway. I call it 'save the best for last'. :)

Hard Fate ended its run on Wah Lai Toi yesterday night. I love that show (as if I didn't tell you that already!). Those who watched it, what do you think? Drastic change in the storyline, isn't it? Since the show started airing, my mom, bro and I would group in my parents room at 9.30pm sharp to catch it. My dad would constantly peep out from his newspaper and see what's the commotion in the series about. I tell you, it's darn funny considering that my dad never did that to other series!! He just dislikes watching series 'cos its too long-winded. Well, he can't last until one movie, let alone a 20-episode series!

By Demand.

Here's a post for you girls! :p

I never thought that one day I'll feel this way. I now declare, I HATE coffee. Bleghhhh. So 'jelak' with the smell and the beverages. I don't know how long this hatred would last. Maybe it'll be gone once I wake up tomorrow. Hehehehe... who knows?

Had a talk with a friend earlier. The reality of Account Executive. Hahahahaha!! Not too late for me to change my mind! :p

But my life wouldn't be any better once the cafe opens. 12 hours non stop for 7 days a week. No holiday!!!! Damn...

IDP.

There's where I went today. Decided to settle all my uncertainties once and for all. The counseling didn't last long. Took me about 30 minutes and I'm off. Supposed to feel much more relieved after the counselling but nooooooo. I now have tons of prospectus to read and to compare courses.

Thanks to those who left me messages at the tagboard, MSN and at the comments page. I know Melbourne is overcrowded. It's mini Malaysia and Taman Tun no.2. :/

I hate making decisions. Full stop.

AUT.

Looks like I'll be doing my degree in Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand. Yen Ling, here I coooooooome! Leave a room for me!!! :p

Been looking around for other options. United States was what I had in mind but the affiliated uni (i.e. Northwood and Hawaii Pacific) does not offer the course I want, i.e. marketing. AUT was the next best thing. They offer the course I want and I'll be going in as a 3rd year student. It will only take me one year to complete the course. I tried asking about transfering to other unis of my choice. Well, unfortunately, I won't get many exemptions on subjects and I might have to do more than 1 and a half years! No way!

Got to make up my mind as soon as possible. I'm required to appy before August. It is only about 2 weeks from now...

Actually, I don't mind New Zealand. I've never been there. Most friends told me NZ is a boring place but I'm a green, mountain, scenery person so I guess I can try and survive. :p

Any of you out there reading this and have any advice for me, please please leave me a comment. I'm in a dilemma. :/

Home Sweet Home.

So here I am. Back home from the 4 days 3 nights trip to Hong Kong. I can actually describe this trip with one word. Madness.

We walked and walked and walked. We shopped and shopped and shopped. We spent and spent and spent. I forked out about HK$5000, which is about RM2500 for all the things I've bought and all the things I've eaten.

Seriously, I can do this all over again!

Yippee!

About 10 more hours. Just another 10 more hours and I'll be off! Muahahaha!

Luggage is only half full. Will need all the space I can get for all my stuffs that I'll be getting in Hong Kong. Packed an extra bag 'cos I have this feeling that 1 bag is NOT enough. :)

Charmaine had her 1st birthday party today at our house. Kids kids kids and more kids! Thank God my bro hired a magician to keep the kids occupied. Otherwise.....

By the way, there won't be any updates until I get back from my "much needed" vacation. So, I'll see you folks after 14th July!

Thanks, Jun! This is a really cool birthday present!

Pissed.

When you have a heavy workload, you'll wish that time passes slowly. But when you are so freaking free and have nothing else better to do, you'll wish time passes quickly. Humans are just too hard to please.

I was out researching for some fabrics for aprons. This staff from a particular shop in SS2 (not Kamdar) pisses me off to the max. She had only 1 fabric used to make aprons and its freaking expensive. Nevermind. I asked her for a sample so I can bring home to show my boss. She asked me how many metres I am planning to buy. I looked at her, giving her the 'does-that-matter?' look. Hello. Does that mean that if I buy 1 metre, you won't give me a sample? What kinda service is that?!?! So anyway, she reluctantly cut me a SMALL piece of the fabric. Grrr. Even if your shop is the only shop which sells that fabric, I won't buy it from you! Bitch. #$%^&*&

4 more days and I'll be off for my holiday. Hong Kong!!! Summer Sale!! Gotta get a black jacket for the convocation. Why must they be SO specific? Can't they just say 'formal' and leave the colour to us? Arrgh!

Going for the Nokia Starlight Cinema tonight. They are showing Kingdom Of Heaven. Its freaking hot now and I got a feeling tonight is gonna be hot and humid. Oh well... It's Malaysia. What do you expect???

Shucks!

I have another song stuck in my head now....

Hear You Me - Jimmy Eat World

There's no one in town I know
You gave us some place to go
I never said thank you for that
I thought I might get one more chance

What would you think of me now
So lucky, so strong, so proud?
I never said thank you for that
Now I'll never have a chance

*May angels lead you in
Hear you me my friends
On sleepless roads the sleepless go
May angels lead you in

So what would you think of me now
So lucky, so strong, so proud?
I never said thank you for that,
Now I'll never have a chance

Repeat *

May angels lead you in

May angels lead you in

And if you were with me tonight
I'd sing to you just one more time
A song for a heart so big
God wouldn't let it live

Repeat * 2x

May angels lead you in

Oh, I think the left side of my iBuds (iPod earphone) is toasting. Whoops! Too much blasting :p But I gotta admit, these iBuds are really good for blasting....
