I can't think of a title.

4 years on, my blog is surprisingly still alive, albeit lesser posts. Looking back at the archive, I used to end the year with 250 posts. Then it was less. And lesser. Then now, 3 months had since gone by and I have only 13 posts in the pocket. I need to have something more exciting happening in my life!

Meanwhile, I've been k(orean)drama-ing. I can't believe that I was actually doing that as I have always perceive them to be draggy and have tons of crying involved. Now, I am convinced, if not truly. However, I find myself watching Goong (궁/宫) after completing Coffee Prince (커피프린스 1호점). 2 top dramas within 2 years and both award winning ones. Both stars Yoon Eun-Hye but with a totally contrasting image/character; a girly Crown Princess in Goong and a convincing tomboy Barista in Coffee Prince.

I am still trying to comprehend and digest the fact that she used to look like that in Goong and then chopped off her locks and stripped away the makeup to take up the tomboy role in Coffee Prince. This girl is superbly talented although her acting are annoying at times! If you are ever interested to watch them, I have the DVDs so let me know.

I am a Malaysian!

I am proud to say that I did my part as a citizen of Malaysia. I made my voice heard by voting for the first time today! If you qualify but did not register to vote, shame on you! :p

On another note, opportunity came knocking on my door again after I let it slip out a year ago. It's something I would want. It's something I once did dream of doing. And it's not culinary. Can you imagine that?? Yes, I am talking about a job that I am actually in favour of. The sad thing is my CV has not been updated since IACT (2 and a half years ago)!

Time To Roll Out The CVs!

I was simply at the wrong place at the wrong time. With my brother hangat complaining about his job, I was suddenly dragged in as well. "So Annie, when are you going to look for a job? You can't be making coffee forever and ever and ever ever ever....." And I can tell you that it doesn't end there.

So yeah, I am gonna try to look for a job. But with the cafe's expansion plan almost coming true, I will need to allocate my time between those two.

Pray that I don't procrastinate.

Discovery of the decade!

12 years ago, I packed away my modest earring collection due to an ear infection. I recall having red, scratchy earlobes which obviously does not complement my head.

12 years on, I picked up a pair and tried putting them on, wondering if I can still pierce it through. Frankly, I can't stand myself with earrings now. But yeah, it managed to get through the lobes. Surprise surprise.

Earring shopping? We'll see if the infection comes back or not...
