Mission Mount Kinabalu.

Approximately 3 hours until I leave for LCCT to catch a 7.10am flight to Kuching. Just finish packing actually. Seems like my backpack is as big (not as heavy) as my luggage! Kept telling myself that it can't be that hard to pack for a 7 days trip. But, I've clearly forgotten about the hike up the mountain, which requires quite a bit of bulky winter clothings. Sigh.

Anyway, I am done. And I am hungry. Jamie Oliver is cooking some really delicious onion-based food on TV and if I could, I would put my hand through the TV and grab whatever he just cooked!

Mount Kinabalu, here I cooooome!! Wish me luck!

Bah!

I received my DVD from Amazon.ca just a few days ago. Much quicker than I thought. So now there it is, my DVD just in front of me but I can't watch it simply because I have NO time.

My brother was on holiday in Hong Kong for 4 days so I had to work full-time for a couple of days to fill in for him. And lately, I've been going out after work alot. Mostly to buy stuffs for the much anticipated Kinabalu trip. I supposed I bought all the things I need already. Equipments and such.

After all the trainings, money spent and discussions, I better make it to the summit!

Check Us Out!

This is the latest food review by The Star. For full article, please click here.

It was really funny and ironic how this food review came about. Before this, we were actually planning to contact The Star and see if any of them are interested to do a food review for us. Then at the same time, we found out that one of our regular customer is a really bigshot editor for the newspaper. I know what you are thinking but no, we did not bodek him to get us a review.

Apparently, the day before his journalist contacted us, he had asked our supervisor for a business card. So do you get where the story is heading now? He likes our place so much, he told his journalist to write a review for us! How great is that?

And by the way, the picture above is wrongly labeled. As you can see, there's fried egg, turkey ham and chicken chipolata within the sandwich so how can it be a must for vegetarians? The picture is actually showing All-day Breakfast, instead of Herbivian Toga (which is a tortilla wrap with capsicum, lettuce, tomato and carrot in ranch dressing).

This review had definitely created some impact for us. Our usually quiet company phone was ringing quite abit today with random people asking us how to get to Departure Lounge!

Anticipation.

Made an order for Partition through Amazon.ca (Canada). Amazon.com (USA) charges double for the same DVD! Bleh. Penipuan.

Funny how the shipping works. For the economy option, the estimated shipping days are 10-12 weeks! For God's sake, who would wanna wait that long?! Just pay a little bit extra and you can get your stuffs shipped immediately and you'll get it in 2-4 weeks. Check out the difference!

I hope this movie actually as good as it was reviewed!

Again!

Salonpas medicated patches are once again my bestfriend. I tripped over a manhole cover at Bangsar and almost fall flat on the tar road. Well, thank god my brother was in front of me so I managed to hold on to him.

The trip was so bad that I partially injured my old ankle sprain again. Felt the joints loosen but it didn't give the cracking sound. It hurts a little especially when I try to move my feet. Hope it heals just in time for Mount Kinabalu!

See? That's why I needed a proper hiking shoe! To protect my 'sprained 3 times' left ankle!
