Swine Flu.

We all know what's the story. The flu is now in New Zealand and Australia, and like many countries, Japan is doing stringent health checks in airports. I hope that it does not disrupt my travel plans as I've been dying to get a break!

All in all, it was a hilarious movie. Made for the CNY, I only managed to catch The Wedding Game on DVD 2 days ago. Real couple plays reel couple, as cliche as it sounds but if you are up for some laughter, watch this movie!

Poker Face.

I am trying to master the technique of poker face. Been doing front of house work lately and I am practicing my obliviousness. Public display of affection does not affect me. Neither does idiotic customers demanding for unreasonable requests. I think in few years down the road, I will attain enlightenment and eventually 'sit on God's table' (Cantonese term). Ha ha ha.

Maybe I should practice yoga!

Its been 8 month since and Younha's back! Frankly, with only 6 songs and 4 instrumentals (total running time is approximately 35 minutes!) this CD is not quite worth buying. Of course I did the smartest thing. And I have to mention that I hate the new image. Permed hair? Wtf.

First plugged song was 1,2,3 - which sounded like a bubblegum-ish song when I first heard. By simply looking at the picture of the MV, you'll know what to expect already. Girlish, cutesy and all sugar and spice. Euw?

That aside, her voice was superb as usual. Peace, Love & Ice Cream was the 2nd plugged song. It's a nice ballad, cover from a Dutch singer, that really shows her singing style and accentuates her voice.

She attempted more rockish, dance-ish songs this time and it actually started of as a little 'la-la' for me but you know what they say about continuous playing influences your taste. Anyway, I wonder if any of it will be plugged cos apparently besides being a good singer, she's a good dancer too!

I Want To CRY!

Today is a friggin' hot day. Come to think of it, 'hot' is an understatement. ITS CRAZILY HOT AND HUMID!

A week ago, my air-con died on me and after days of sweaty nights, I got it fixed 2 days ago. Today, 2 days later, on a crazily hot and humid day, it blew hot air on me! Why??? Why of all days, today?!?!?!???!!!?!!??

So yes, it was obviously not fixed. ARGH!

I.HATE.TAX.

Especially when I have to pay. Argh!

If only I knew earlier that filling it up online was much easier, I wouldn't have wasted my time figuring out the hard copy. Anyhow, I got it submitted online and went to the bank ATM to surrender my sweat and blood. Blardy hell. That was a sum!
