Mini Golf.

Before drowning ourselves in books in preparation for the upcoming exam, all of us went for a mini golf game nearby the Auckland International Airport. They have 2 types of courses, one is an easier one and the other is more challenging. We took the challenging course. Loser had to wash the bathrooms! I was sooooooooooo close to losing. Pheew..

District Court.

Followed my housemate to the district court today for a public hearing of some cases. Nah, none of us did anything wrong. She have a journalism assignment to do and its about court stuffs so I tagged along just for experience.

The whole hearing thingy was quite cool but since it's just a district court, there were no major cases. The whole experience felt like watching a scene out of a TVB series!

Anyway, we went for dimsum after that and on the way home from the restaurant, we saw a gay porn magazine on the walkway, showing the whole world 'interesting pictures'. Then a woman picked it up and pocketed it.

What an interesting day ;)

Dream.

Last night's dream was the best dream I've ever dreamed ever since I came to Auckland. Everything seemed just right in there.

Now, if only it'll come true...

Taegukgi.

Taegukgi

My all time favourite and best war film I've ever watched.

Rented it and watched it for the 2nd time around with my housemates. Most of them had watched it before. Those who watched it for the very first time today, ended up soaking in tears.

After the movie, my girl housemates fell in love with Jang Dong Gun and Won Bin, the main actors in the movie.

Seriously, this is one good movie. Even the Korean guys who watched it with us said so. :D

Bodyworlds.

I would do anything to attend this exhibition again.

The very first time I heard about this exhibition was from a TV programme. Then the next thing I know, they have an exhibition in Singapore. Fortunately when I visited my cousin brother in Singapore much later, they were still there.

Initially, it was only my brother and I who wants to attend the exhibition but in the end (after much indirect brainwashing) my cousins all followed us to the exhibition.

I don't know about them but I am glad I actually went for it. I have to admit, it was really gross when I first stepped in to the hall but after awhile, I kinda get used to those human bodies around me. There were so many things to see and learn.

And I actually "played" with a human brain! That's true. But it was after plastination so it didn't feel gooey or anything.

Anyway, I sorta heard from somewhere that they are coming to Auckland. I hope that's true 'cos I'll pay a bomb just to attend the exhibition again!

Proud.

Could this be what my mom is feeling right now?

I've actually learned how to knit and no one back home knows about it. Well, this is one handcraft that I've always wanted to learn and am lucky enough to have housemates here who knows how to knit so I got them to teach me.

My first complete product is a scarf I knitted for my mom for Mother's Day (my mom likes to travel). Got my brother to pass it to her. She called earlier and was asking me about it. Whether I really knitted it. Well, I have witnesses here! :p

Another breakthrough was the card addressed to her. I wrote the message in Chinese. And signed in Chinese.

I've never given my mom something she can be proud of. I hope this little gift of warmth will be something she can finally be proud of.

Happy Mother's Day.

Pissed.

Some people chooses to play a prank on me when I am at my most tired state.

It took me 1 and a half hours to fall asleep.

The sleep lasted for less than 30 minutes.

The weather is cold outside but I am burning inside.

Yes. I am pissed.

Pubic?!

Whoever who was supposed to proof-read this signboard has to be fired. This signboard tells you the timeline and history of Britomart Transport Centre, Auckland city's main station at downtown. My brother and his girlfriend, who just flew in to visit were reading the history when they discovered the spelling mistake. All three of us just burst out laughing!

If you still haven't spot the mistake, read the first line.

Sucker.

I am a total sucker.

For supermarkets.

I have no idea why but everytime I step into a supermarket, it is as if a magnetic field sucking me into spending money.

I went to the supermarket today to do some research for my Marketing Plan. Well, I managed to get the research done, but not without spending around NZD30!!

Maybe I shouldn't have bought the Illy coffee.

But they were on saaaaaaaale!

Someone please,

DRAG ME OUT OF THE SUPERMARKET!

Get a brain.

Some people are just so shallow minded. They are ignorant as well. And comment every single ideas without thinking.

One more month and I am outta here. Such a hell working with shallow minded twats.

Pffttttt!

I wish I was back in Malaysia.

Why?

Because it's Labour Day and there won't be school!!

Heading back to class after 2 weeks break. Have at least one assignment due every other week. :(

Brother and his girlfriend will be arriving at Auckland next Monday and I'll have to spend some time with them so I better get my work done!

I am actually feeling very excited for uni to start. It means that the day I'll be heading home is getting nearer! :D
